Bluebird feeders are great for attracting bluebirds and other birds that won’t normally come to a seed feeder. These feeders may be used to feed live food to bluebirds, wrens, flycatchers, vireos, warblers and other small to medium-sized insect eating birds. Generally they are used to feed mealworms.
Bluebirds in particular like mealworms and will come to a feeder that has them. There are holes in the plexiglass and sides of these feeders to allow easy access for the birds.
Our feeders are made from high-quality 7/8″ Inland Red Cedar or from eco-friendly 5/8″ recycled poly lumber, both of which insure long lasting outdoor use. The cedar feeders feature all screwed construction using weather resistant plated deck screws, fully routed edges, aluminum rust resistant continuous hinges and thick heavy duty acrylic panels. The recycled feeders, proudly made from recycled plastic and milk jugs in the United States, feature aluminum rust resistant continuous hinges and stainless steel screws. These recycled feeders have a lifetime guarantee to never crack, split or fade.
