International Shipping
We do ship items internationally. Please contact us for shipping rates. We will do all we can to keep your shipping rates as low as possible.
Payments
We accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. All purchases via Paypal or credit card will be shipped immediately. If you wish to pay with money orders or a personal check you must contact us through Tom’s Bird Feeders. All purchases via money orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the money order. Purchases via personal check will be shipped 10 days after receipt of check.
Returns
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes an item is not exactly what you expected.
If you wish to return an item within 7 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item or refund on the purchase price. All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the contact page. Please provide us your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will acknowledge your request by email and issue a return authorization. Please insure and track any returned packages. Credits will be made upon receiving and examining returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.
Please note that we only pay shipping charges is in the event the product was defective and you notified us immediately upon receipt, otherwise customer is responsible for original shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping costs. We will gladly ship to you anywhere, even if you live in a remote place like Portal, AZ . Overseas and any special shipping costs must be arranged prior to ordering.
